fortunate to get a taste of ice in the frigid Columbia Rive gorge
yesterday. First stop at the Crown Jewel, a 2P WI3+/4. Had to wait for an
hour in the bitching cold since two parties were up there. One of them
kept knocking down ice chunks the size of baseball. Then continued heading
east and found a short chandelier route, WI5ish, don't know the name. It
was fun but too short. Final stop at a much bigger fall where Peter has

发帖数: 180 | 6 gracias. It was only one week of freeze and that didn't get things as fat
as we'd liked for the third fall. It would have been a sweet climb if it
had formed a solid pillar on the ground.
