但是如果真的想自己动手,
就去找块修车的自行车胶皮,或者剪个旧轮胎旧鞋底的橡胶, 用挫刀沙皮把补丁休整好形状,,把鞋面也磨毛糙了,
用补自行车的胶,或者Loctite粘上就可以了.
其实磨坏了,该找专业的重新换底, JOSHUA TREE那里有人专干这个,REI也有,
不过得是好鞋才值得,
自己动手总是比较山寨,

这就赶上换底了,

1. continue wearing them until you totally blow through and see your big toe
sticking out, then toss them
2. duct tape
3. buy a resole kit and diy, but it will be almost impossible if you are not
trained to do this since the damage is in the rand not the sole. 5.10 sells
those kits.
4. send them to yosemitebum.com, they have bum discount but i doubt your
qualify for that. you only need half-resole and rand repair. it will cost
you.

in-house repairman to fix the smelly shoes. they sure can refer you to some
local business though. |

there are a few more to the left of it. it is one of iconic routes in the
red.

Never done this one. I just started to lead 5.11s this season, haven't got
that far yet. The red really kicked my ass the first time I got there. I was
climbing 5.11s at that time but wasn't able to do the Creature Feature, a 5
.8 overhang.
It took me quite a few times to get used to the type of climbing there -
lots of powerful movements.

wondering why I didn't scare to death on my first outdoor leading. Then they
decided to take me to Creature Feature...I was screaming for the entire
half hour trying to make through the roof

着想完成route，没有练基本功。现打算就穿着吧，等那天把下意识蹭墙的坏习惯改了
，再买新的。
