能我online看错了，最后说我自己打电话报失了，最后是卡号可能被盗，

me: when was the new card sent out?
citi: we made a new card for you on Feb 5th. Oh, it seems it has not been
shipped out yet.
me: can I use my old card for time been?
citi: unfortunately not.
我后来和他“研究”了一下uninterrupted service的含义，他还是觉得他们提供了很
好的服务。没有interrupted，（因为在我还没报失之前就先给我寄新卡了）。 | T*********e

每次我都要她们说慢点，而且要重复很多次。
