house. Our agent will do the paperwork when we make an offer. We start
invest real estate when we were in Boston 10 years ago. 老婆她自己跑去考一
个real estate license in Massachusetts, so she can be familiar with the
process.

Yes, we do all works ourselves. We know what we wanted. Getting tire of
agent sending us a lot of listing and none of them fit our needs.
