cons to go to or:
1 higher income tax;
2 my house( i got 8k rebate in 2009, so i cannot sell it until 2012,company
doesn't reimburse the closing cost of buying/selling a house either)
3 现在的中型公司做的东西杂利于将来跳槽，OR本身不如我现在的州易于跳槽
4 我家ld还要找工作
pros to go:
1 Better benefit,bonus (pay only increase 10%)
2 做的东西比较专，可以朝一个方向发展
3 我喜欢雨天，空气好像也清新，也不冷
请各位热心的同学给建议把

but the company in OR is much bigger than my current company,
so if i take the job offer in OR, my job will be limited to one area.
though my job is as diversified as now, it is not "deep" down enough,
If I go to OR, do one specific area of job, I will learn more stuff in that specific area.
