这些费用都需要我们付吗？从表中， 卖方和贷款方都不需要付任何费用吗？另外， 我
们是在oregon state。 如何才能知道这些费用是合理的呢？

发帖数: 206 | 3 the total cost for the closing cost without property tax is around ~$5000. I
feel this is quite high but I do not know which part is overcharge. The
originiation fee is 1% loan amount but later they told us the minimum charge
for originiation fee is $2000. Is this reasonable?
If anyone have some experience and advice, please give me some advice and I
am waiting on line to see the update.

买点差不
多，都是agent挣的钱，换个名字而已。如果不想换agent的话，我好像听说买点的钱是
tax
deductible的，loan orgination fee不是，和agent商量一下看能不能把origination
fee
写成discount point，反正对他／她应该没什么区别。

有些agent把买低利率的钱打在 loan origination/application fee 上。
如果时间不急的话，货比三家最划算。 |

不过最近没有看利率，不知道有没有回升。
一个月前看的30年利率，也就是5%。 |

换句话说，$2k loan fee 吃水太深了。 |
