来是门前一大块地划给别人做parking lot,和drive way.据说这块地的prop tax是由

税, 不是挺好?
不过lot18被那样一弄的话, 确实没多大的门前空地了.

reduced to 2/3. I didn't consider this part when I offered the price.

发帖数: 1952 | 5 那不是又给你一个砍价的理由: 告诉卖主, 因为之前他没说有这个问题,所以offer的价
格必须减少, 或者就干脆不要了.

inspection and I like it so far except this.

或者就让卖主再给你点refund. 现在好象是买方市场吧?
