to Solon, OH. Could any local people in Cleveland give me some idea of the
housing market situation in Cleveland? like price is getting lower or price
is getting higher? or any suggestion of a reasonable percentage of price I
am giving the seller when I give an offer.

already.
For reasonable price:
1. Check Cuyahoga County Office for last transaction's price.
2. Check www.zillow.com for estimated price.
3. Go to see the house on-site to check the current maintenance.
There are no suggested percentage off in housing market because some sellers
are greedy while others are reasonable. |
