给个参考,我在读书,具体面试还要和有经验的朋友们学习。

Some hospitals may consider your experience if you had medical degree in
China even if you are a new grad in US. But all hospitals. I started as a
new grad in GA, was paid as others because the manager said she did not have
authority to override the new grad salary.
When I moved in Dallas, the manager counted my medical experience even my
lab experience in order to attract me. So I immediately got 5 dollars more
than what I made in GA. So it depends.
