发帖数: 77 | 1 I know a chinese cook whose wife is pregnant and wants free or cheap materny
care. He has green card and she has A5 card, they have two daughters, so I
am pretty sure their income meets the povery level. However, she is not
qualify for Medicaid. She can get free materny care in Newyork, but it's
really inconvenient for them as the husband is working in west virginia.
Anybody has any suggestions? I forgot the insurance plan F-2s usually use
for free materny care, any idea? I really want to help the couple, it is not
easy for them to get together after 10 year's separation.Thanks a lot. | m*******e

既然收入低，为啥不能申请medicaid？WA有规定不给非绿卡非公民么？
google free clinic，也许那里的人知道别的health care aid 或者怎么申请 | l***g
