experiences. As the statistics show, this profession is expecting a 23%
growth in demand. Family NPs in particular are in great demand. Many NPs
work in the primary care setting which is different from the hospital
setting. I do agree most NP positions in the hospital setting require prior
NP experiences. But many NPs don't want to work in hospitals because it's
more stressful while the pay is essentially the same.

发帖数: 634 | 9 most of direct-entry MSN from my school began their careers as RN as In know
.My school close the direct-entry MSN program last year.
It is hard to find a NP job without clinical experiences, but it does not
mean you cannnot find a job after direct-entry MSN.
