1. For night shift, how long is you break time? Can you lie down and sleep a
bit? 俺属猪,嗜睡如命. In my floor, we can take 2 hrs break.
2. What is the difference of 401k, 403b?
3. Normally how many days of PTO, vacations, sick days, holidays does a full
-time RN get in a year? I know every hospital is different but shouldn't too
different. Just want to know the general rule.

1."州立大学附属医院,COUNTY医院,老兵医院都有PENSION",这些医院是公立的还是
PRIVIAE?
2. 听说公立医院的病人大多是穷人,医院的QULITY OF CARE 很差,我的一个去过美国公
立医院工作过的同事很不喜欢那里.是这样么?
3."最好还是找有PENSION的医院", 你说的PENSION是指401K,403B么?
4. 我做的是NICU, 但是想转去ADULT ICU, 在SALARY 上他们会给我的NICU EXPERIENCE
CREDIT吗?关于医院内部护士转科这种情况,比如说一个有很多经验的儿科护士想换到
本院的成人科,她的工资已经是LEVEL III的水准,但是她没有ADULT CARE EXPERIENCE,
做ADULT CARE她只能是LEVEL I, 这种情况下工资会减少么?

because, I think, the following reason:
1. Partner can find a job earsier/better in US versus Canada. There are
always more opportunities in US. Everyone knows that if you can find a job
in Canada, then you will find a job in States. However, if you can find a
job in States, you may not find a job in Canada. Canada is a very
conservative and bureacratic country. They are reluctant to accept new
comers' foreign experience an

overtime is not as many as before. RNs have to find a second job to make
money.

一周工作3天算,可以连着休息27/3=9周?
