specially job poster. My lawyer represent Florida hospital. I doubted when
she said she need EFILE even we have everything today. She said it is too
dangerous to depends on mail. It happends on April 1. many H1B applications
didn't arrive on time. SO they lost.
She said she filed EFile everyday. By the way, on USCIS EFILE, it didn't say
nurse cannot file. nurse is EB3 now. | e*****a
