everyone here already know, there is no Green Card quota for registered
nurses.
However, he can file the immigration petition for me if I want. But I cannot
go back to school any more and I can only work for this company for at
least five even more years while waiting for the long term Green Card process.
Even if there is Nurse Green Card quota any time within these waiting years,
I am no longer eligible to apply for it. |

何问题，我的绿卡就在pending, 我用H1回国好几次， 没有任何问题。
交了绿卡，有可能不能转成F1，因为F1是不能有移民倾向的，但是很多人也说在境内转
status问题不大，但是F1出境就基本没可能再签F1回来了，几乎肯定会被移民倾向据掉。
如果你结婚了，你配偶是H1，你想上学，可以转成H4

发帖数: 1886 | 11 首先perm就有问题，有多少job description能证明你的工作只有BSN or above可以胜
任？即使在ICU，也有很多associate graduates，所以我很怀疑一般的RN position是
没法申请工作签证的。
目前所知道的有把握申请得到H1的只有psych， research RN（BSN specified）。
大家有没有一般的RN成功申请到working visa的？？ |
