还有遇到了一个好象什么都不懂的HR，我跟他说了护士属于Schedule A, EB3, 可以申
请绿卡 只要他们sponsor. 他说，护士属于H1B, 工作签证可以，但绿卡不太可能。
XDJM, 我好像没说错吧。我是不是要找要雇用我的manager, 让她跟HR的人谈谈？ |

如果HR的人不清楚，只能说他们没有太多这方面的经验。问他们需不需要你的律师CALL
他们，律师可以解释给他们听。
另外可以换一家医院，有经验的医院只要一说你的情况，他们就知道怎么回事怎么做。 |

I am worried that if they don't know, they may slow down your green card
application process.
However if this is the only hospital, you need to find some way to persuade
them. |
