我本来以为宝宝的医疗花费可以用这个,所以今年往里面放了好几千,但公司人说只能报
销nanny, day care之类的,我现在可傻眼了.今年宝宝全是爷爷奶奶来带的,根本不用
nanny, day care.那dependent care FSA里放的钱岂不是全浪费了?
请哪位指点一下,还有没有办法补救呀.

你们可以请保姆在家做做饭，收拾收拾东西。这样爷爷奶奶可以轻松一些。

钱，唯一的做法就是花掉它。明年你准备送宝宝去daycare吗？可以的话，你可以今年
预付明年的开销, 就好像把钱存在daycare, 应该可以作为今年的开销去claim。具体我
没操作过，不过我知道有人healthcare FSA 没花完，就去牙医那儿预付医疗费。道理
好像差不多。

dependent care FSA不是说你付了就能报, 而是service完成了才能报.
收据上要写着service是什么. 如果时间没到, 是不可能给报的.

I don't trust our HR.. they often provide wrong information.

发帖数: 1272 | 15 your family member must have SSN and must file tax return. Your visiting
parents are not qualified unless they are PR or citizens and they file their
own tax return.

with green card or citizenship.
In that case, they can claim the tax. |

provide your family members's SSN and your family member needs
to file a tax return for this income. They must be eligible to work in USA
in order to receive this income.
You need to hire a nanny who can file a tax return or send your baby to
daycare to claim for this expense.
