7weeks5days。其实曾经在3周的时候做过sonogram,当时是因为annual women's health
check被OB推荐做的,当时sono tech说我子宫内膜厚,可能怀孕了,查尿HCG
negative.没想到1周后在家自测发现HCG变positive了。想到在lancet上曾经看到1993
年的一篇报道说多次sonogram明显影响fetal development (growth restriction),今
天拿出来问sono tech,她说是那种测heart beat的sono比较powerful, may affect
fetus, although no solid evidence yet.所以他们这里不用那种方法测heart beat.
回来后我发现宝宝版上的jjmm都是第一次sono就知道baby's heart rate. 我就不知道
。。。心里直打鼓哦!
sono tech还说发现baby后面有个小hematoma??但OB说这个现象很多人有,不要担心。真的?为什么会有这个hematoma呢?我问OB,OB回答:it's normal, don't worry...”faint...is this a answer for a "why" question?
我说我忽然这2天nausea不明显了,早上还发现有spotting,OB kept smiling,说那你过10天再来查次sonogram。不过如果你不放心一旦有spotting 你再来。那我如果天天spotting,就天天去看OB?!!!
我问blood work的结果什么时候出来,她说1周,我说如果发现结果异常,你会通知我吧,她说我很忙,我不会通知你,你要自己来问。我非常吃惊哈!难道医生如果发现client有问题不主动通知? | a****9 发帖数: 773 | 2 学习了一下:
Subchorionic hemorrhage (subchorionic hematoma) is the most common
sonographic abnormality in the presence of a live embryo. Vaginal bleeding
affects 25% of all women during the first half of pregnancy and is a common
reason for first-trimester ultrasonography. Sonographic visualization of a
subchorionic hematoma is important in a symptomatic woman because pregnant
women with a demonstrable hematoma have a prognosis worse than women without
a hematoma (see example images below). However, small, asymptomatic
subchorionic hematomas do not worsen the patient's prognosis。
