我家的以前是母奶和formula混着吃。现在全是母乳。刚刚在网上order了carlson lab
的vitaminD drop。
忽然发现 Your baby's first year, week by week （2000版）上这么说：
At one time we believed breast milk didn't provide adequate amounts of
Vitamin D, but we now know this isn't the case.
Today, we advice you to protect your baby from the harmful rays of the sun.
Don't worry about your baby getting enough Vitamin D. She gets it from
breast milk or enriched formula.
