Still have too much extra supplies. I am now slowly reducing the frequency
again hoping to reducing the production.

day. Make sure each time you pump long enough to drain all the milk from
breast. Maybe I am 原本就是奶牛. I don't know. But I felt after 3 months my
milk supply even increased even I pump less time. Maybe because I pump for
half an hour each time. If you are afraid of supply dropping, maybe you
can pump more frequently.

from time to time and pump at fixed hour but when I stay at home, I'm non-
stop mom with 2 kids and drinking & eating & pumping are the last things I
would think of...

了一个冰柜，现在放在第二个冰柜，可是老公在找工作，我也要随着他找工作，可能要
relocate到很远的地方，冻奶就都用不上了，准备到时捐了。
还是胸喂供需平衡好。 |
