3700左右。可是网上看好像review很差。有了解的朋友知道这楼怎样么？还有其它哪里
可以找三房出租的？

pros:
no broker fee, gym and close to subway.
cons:
not well maintained, expensive parking (unless you want to find street
parking), noisy, some nasty people living there | b******e

还有哪里可以找三房么？现在房价太高，只能先租着再说。
