on your budget. No city tax. But there is no shortage of Good school

many top public school districts like Scarsdale, Chappaqua, Bronxville and
Rye Brook. These are the top tier. There are also some good schools in other
towns as the second tiers. Do you research. The easiest way is to compare
the average SAT scores for the past 3 years. |

Manhattan and Flushing with decent amount of Chinese, around 10%. Bronxville
is also good but has less Chinese. |

You can compare the total SAT score of the best public high school (not
magnetic) in your area with that of Scarsdale High. You will draw your
conclusion how good the school is. The only area in United states of the
best school comparable with NYC is Boston. All other places can not even
compare. |
