LIC - E & 7.
Woodside 7 & LIRR
Elmhurst or Jackson Heights near 74th Street Station - E & 7
Forest Hills or Kew Garden - E or LIRR.
Astoria - Q Train

4-6 minutes for F train, then E comes every 5-7 minutes.

Unless you happen to be on one, you are better off switching to the F line
at Kew Garden.
