的broker fee就这么接受？ 我很少看到sell by owner的房子。 象那种1m以下的房子
也都是小中产甚至低产在住， 这3-5万的费用不少吧？自己卖也不是那么难吧？
这直接关系到将来卖房时候的损益， 再加上1.875%的transfer tax, 说不定有的coop
还有2% up的 flip tax, 买房的时候就要考虑到将来卖房的这8%-10%的费用， 所以担
心道房子还要怎么涨，涨多久才能cover这笔开销。

how do you know i will be good? some people are born to be a salesman. it s
a natural talent. i havent gotten any practice. i even wont trust myself.
but if you need, i know a good chinese agent. but she wont split with you,
because she is that good.

it right, it will sell pretty quick.
