觉得房子构架不够高，我在网上看到很多用广角拍出来的房子照片都有这个问题，楼主

best option is to have an "seller agent". A good seller agent would be able
to promote your house in many ways that are just not possible for you to do
it urself. They can always be there when someone needs to look at the house.
They will also have pro-photographers to take pictures of your house, often
time also shooting good videos...
the best of all, it is all free to you. Buyers would pay for the agent, not
you!
just don't expect them to negotiate the selling price for you.. they can do
everything else.

otherwise charged by the agent. In the case of direct sale, it is also
believed that the seller can shift the cost of picturing and other fees of
solicitation to the buyer by simply adding up the price for that amount

but the commission is deduced from the amount of the seller received. The
commission is included in the price of the house. Unless you think the
actual price of the house is the buyer's price - agent commission.
It's just like you are selling stuff on ebay v.s. on craigslist. Buyer
always pays for all the price, but the amount of money you received is
different.

发帖数: 25262 | 9 光线不太暗就行了。。你有单反，足够了，估计比在 agent 傻瓜机照的网上的那些还
好点。 18-55mm, 够广了。
没人会买只看过照片的房子吧。。要看真的。

everything at the end. the seller doesn't have to pay anything to anyone
unless he gets the money from the buyer. if you follow the blood trail of
the commission, it could only lead you to the buyer, not the seller.
this is true in ebay as well, the commission is always being priced in.

makes everyone happy.
