470 Sq Ft fabulous studio. Monthly $2080, including: gym access, cooking gas
, hot water. Not included: electricity, AC/heating (part of electricity).
Current lease term goes into February 28, 2013.
Pros:
1. Unit facing east, lots of natural sunlight.
2. Plenty of closet space.
3. Very nice gym in the building.
4. Close to 1 (2&3 express is one stop away transfer), 4,5 (6 train is two
stops away transfer), and R trains. 1 min walk to 1 train, 1.5 mins walk to
R, and 2 mins walk to 4, 5.
5. Close to Battery Park and water front community. Fantastic location for
those who like outdoor activities and sports.
6. Building has a beautiful gym (the BEST gym I've ever used in terms of
accessibility, equipment quality, etc.)
7. Building is super clean and neat, helpful doorman, luxury look.
Everything is worth every penny of your rental.
8. Best class common space (incredibly spacious lounge has Direct TV, sofa,
pool table, and area to host up to 30 people parties)
9. Laundry on each floor, very convenient.
Cons:
1. The sun deck is open within summer month only. (May to September).
2. You come and find other cons if I'm missing anything at all.
The reason I'm renting this out: I am moving out of city soon. Need someone
to take over the apartment lease. The unit has been well maintained and no
damages at all. Can be furnished or unfurnished. My furniture were purchased
in February 2011. Almost NEW!
The CATCH: per the lease terms, the landlord may post an adjustment to the
monthly rental if re-assigning the lease to a new tenant, and they need to
run credit check if necessary.
Ideal tenant to take over the lease:
1. Annual income > 40x the rental.
