If you don't want to pay for a platinum ring, the titanium ones looks okay
as well. BTW, I think your wife is suppose to buy you the ring, not you.

Chinese women do. Most Married American men do wear rings. Maybe it's not
because they like to wear, but their wives don't like it if they don't wear.

i am not talking about what proportion of Chinese men in US are wearing
rings or if they like to wear or not. i am talking about what other people
are thinking about that. I can not represent everybody. from my personal
view, wearing ring is a kind of commitment.
you said "Maybe it's not because they like to wear, but their wives don't
like it if they don't wear." i think it is same for Chinese wives too.

the commitment. If you are not loyal, the ring doesn't mean anything.
It's the fact, not the opinion, just pay attention, and that's not depended
on what other people think. Who knows what they think. LOL..
