少。另外,要调查一下维持费的增长程度,如果一直往上窜的话,那楼委可能管理的不
好。另外看看他们聘用的是哪家管理公司,和工会的合约是什么。还要仔细看一下那本
厚厚的offering book看里面有没有什么苛刻的不合理条约。 |

x***g 发帖数: 299 | 4 其实是两个loan, 一个4.5 million, 每年支付利息和一点点本金;另外一个2 million
, 只只付利息。两个都是30年的,到2015年到期。就是所谓的 "balloon loan". 平时
付很少,到期时一下子付很多。

thing as 30 year interest only loan, they got to start paying principle
sooner or later. Ask more if there are things in question and get all the
facts straight.
