they use in xinjiang. maybe we can buy some meatballs from italian markets
and cook them. it should taste a lot better than the beef meat balls you can
buy from the chinese market. |

searched recipes online. It seems the balls have to be fried first and
then boiled to give it a crispy and also crunchy taste.
