另一家是C&C，Lennox系统，报$10,000.有$500折扣，最后价格$9,500.

2nd, what type is heating is this? High efficiency? Variable Speed motor?
Get more quotes, do not settle at both.
I'd recommend 13 SEER AC, 95% High efficiency furnace (Single Speed if you
plan to live in your house for less than 10 years), Variable Speed if you
plan to live in your house for more than 10 years.
FYI, I work for one of the major AC/Furnace Manufacturer.

所以选的80% High efficiency Variable Speed furnace，是因为我家的电和气的费用
不高。
今年最冷时候，总费用也没有超过$350.两家都建议我用80%的furnace。
我可以再去问一下13 SEER AC。
记得当时问过，好像与16 SEER AC相差$500.
觉得差不多，就选了相对“高大上”的了。

I would get Lennox, Carrier, Trane or American Standard. Get multiple quotes
.
Again, you only need 13 Seer, you might want 95% High efficiency Furnace.
If anyone wants, I can share my installer. Not recommended for people who
want perfect job, meaning they'll clean everything up, etc. But they do
charge much less.

换了，现在还在等township的permit，活不错，清理的很干净。lennox的牌子，给了两
年的labor warranty，当然必须有问题必须用他（最好没问题哈）。lennox一般不给
labor warranty，需要信息的私下联系，多个quote多个选择。 |
