遗漏很多问题 他都帮我们考虑到了 收费1500 不算便宜

老头NEIL 版上考古来的 感觉不错 很认真 稍贵 而且你在MILLBURN可能要额外给
几十块钱的车马费 看你说你房子是老太太住的 很可能有很多小问题 最好还是找个认
真的 如果房子状况很好 就无所谓了 要想便宜就找中国人 | b******n

him, pretty good feedback, he charges like 1400.
For inspector, mine is wonderful, but he is also much more expensive (total
is around 2000). Me and one of my friends hired him, we both think it's
money well spent. His name is Kevin Burnette, 201-376-1047. Usually
inspectors spend 3-4 hours checking the house, Kevin spent 6-9 hours and
fought for us in re-negotiation, he's very experienced and thorough. My
realtor hates him but I love him.

1800 for inspection which includes randon, then he brought someone else for
termite which cost 125. No fancy stuff in his package, but he was really
experienced with all zoning, building codes and was very thorough etc.
He impressed me by telling me the following about one house I wanted to buy
1. The basement bathroom had several code violation, which he concluded that
the owner did the basement renovation without permit ( Seller lied about it
, but later on I found out that's true )
2. Seller lied about previous termite damage, he found evidence in crawl
space and told me the seller tried to treat termite twice, so the problem
will come back in the future too )
3. He found evidence of leak which seller lied about.
4. He found sub-standard sky-light installation
I took his advice and skipped that house, best decision I made.

花得值啊。
话说买房子真贵啊，又有mansion tax，还有什么title search，都是砸银子的事情 >_<

, 就是个骗子公司！！！我年初也是看了这个帖子才选的Foremost Property
Inspections。 他家费用是别人的两倍（我quote了大概七八家公司），本想贵点如果
inspection质量好点也值（1400sqrt的房子收$1100)， 谁知道Kevin不但找各种借口不
愿意当场解释一些房子的问题，inspection quality本身也是far below average. 他
没有检查AC出风口temp,没有test run washer and dryer, 没有查出roof leaking
sign, 没有查出AC duct condensation water leaking sign, 没有查出foundation
issue etc. 最要命的是deliver report还特别慢，别人一般一天顶多两天，他要5个工
作日。要不是我们天天催， 估计十来天都有可能， inspection contingency一共才几
天啊。我们的Radon test都几个月了现在都
还没给我们. 现在准备sue这家公司， 太害人了，我们之后花了好几万来解决这些当时
没检查出来的问题。大家千万别再被这公司给骗了 ！
