请问, 大家觉得这是tenant's responsibility 还是landlord's responsibility to
fix it?
要是有依据就更好了..

现在landlord的依据是, 搬进来的时候是好的, 现在门掉下来了doesn't make the
house unfit to live, so it is the tenant's responsibility...

They probably won't be able to fix it by the 16th either.
But you want them to start getting it done.
A good landlord would buy a rod for you tomorrow.

不是rod, 是门上的一个hole too big now, 所以不能hold the door up了..
真是闹心啊

I meant, to use rod as replacement for the time being.
Are you saying the door is still there, but in awkward position?
If you can't talk shower you should keep calling them to reach some
agreement.

有的lease要求房客先付头100的维修费
lease里如果没写维修归谁，感觉这个lease没做好，他要是就赖着不给你修，估计也没
办法
