120: is the sum from lien 100 to line 112. It is the total amount due from
you.
Line 200 to 210: are your credit including your initial deposits, home
inspection credit, buyer agent credit, and mortgage.
Line 220 is the sum from line 200 to 219. It is total amount of money you
already have.
Line 303 will be the different between line 220 and 120. It is the money
you need bring to the closing. it needs to be certificate check or money
order.
