么意思。。。 |

house (or apartment) to read the meter number, Electrical Power Company and
Natural Gas Company likely will bill you with an "estimated" amount of which
may be higher than your "actual" (such as your case) or lower amount. If
that was your situation, don't worry, the next month, the bill will adjust
back.
You can take a look your bill it should indicate if the bill was based on "
actual" or "estimated".
