Q. If I am already in the intersection when a light turns red, will I get a
citation?
A: No. Citations are only issued when a vehicle enters the intersection
AFTER the light has turned red. If you enter the intersection on a green or
yellow light you will not be photographed by the camera system.
Q. How can I dispute this citation?
A: If you want to plead not guilty, you must notify the court at least 7
days before your scheduled pay by date or it may be necessary for you to
make additional court appearances.
Q. Can I receive citations for other offenses as a result of my red light
camera infraction?
A: Yes. Any additional penalties will be listed on the ticket.
Q. How do I pay my fine?
A: If you wish to plead guilty and pay the penalty, you may make payment
via the internet by logging onto www.njmcdirect.com or you may bring or mail
the ticket and payment in the amount of the penalty listed on the ticket to
the court before the scheduled pay by date. Payments by mail must be by
check or money order made payable to the Municipal Court listed on the
ticket. Do not send cash. Please print the ticket number on the front of the
check or money order. A receipt will be sent to you only if you send a self
-addressed, stamped envelope along with your payment.

我仔细看了一下，我第一张照片照的我进入intersection的时候，灯还是黄的。
第二张我已经拐了一半了才是红灯。
说明是我进入intersection才由黄变红的。

我觉得我有他们给我拍的照片做back我的证据，应该dispute by mail就可以了吧？
要是上庭我觉得我半天的时间比这个ticket值钱。。。。。。

fight输了的话，就肯定记点，而且ticket就不能再打折了。也就是说plea not guilty
有风险。
不知道这种ticket如果fight有没有风险？

自己算一下成本，如果罚款不多的话直接交了
