路牌撞断了。幸好旁边都是草丛，人和车都没事。把警察叫来，他给我开了个careless
的罚单。然后给我个小白色纸片：上面写着"This is your reference to our central
complaint number pertaining to this incident. Your use of this number will
expedite future inquiries.Please refere to CC#xxxx" 请问除了careless罚单，我
要不要赔路牌啊。还有这个小白纸片有什么用啊。
我真的开车很小心，在PA的4年都没出过事，搬到NJ，就半年就各种事故。。。哎
请问后轮侧滑，我一方面应该减速，另一方面是不是我要换后轮了（已经用了4年了）。

发帖数: 407 | 6 I think they will file claim against your insurance... Since you broke the road sign, it is your "liability" to fix it, and the "liability" insurance covers it.
The number should be for getting a police report. You may want to ask your insurance agent to see if you need to report this "accident" to your insurance. Anyway, if you get points from careless driving, your insurance price will go up.
Also... do you need to go to court for careless driving? |

Just personal opinion.
Based on:
http://www.dmv.com/nj/new-jersey/auto-accidents (very bottom area)
- You may want to call your insurance as you are involved in an accident. (
Be aware your insurance will go up for sure for doing this. ) I guess NJ
government is going to file claim against your insurance for repairing cost
of the sign. So, your insurance will know about it anyway... If you have an
insurance agent (a human), you may talk to him first to see if this would be
the situation.
From the web search, the "careless driving" has 2 points. It's a common
ticket given to the person "at fault" in any car accident. If you plea
gulity, there should be no need for going to court. Just pay the fine. (
Again, your insurance company will likely get the information about you
getting a ticket, and ask for more money for your insurance payment.) |

看样子LZ不做轮胎调换，换了新的，做一下吧，调个平衡，对车也好。忘了在哪看了一
