Even if you have collision or comprehensive, if you are pretty sure it is
the other party's fault, you should claim to other party's insurance company
, as you will need to pay deductible upfront. Find the other party's
insurance info and call their insurer. |

with either the insure # or name, or plate number, whatever. If you don't
have that, get a police report.

发帖数: 52 | 7 如果有对方保险公司的资料的话可以打电话通知他们，叫他们处理，这样还不用出拿
report的钱。不过建议自己还是拿一份留底，万一以后有什么后遗症。
