在craigslist上面贴了,马上有经纪给我联络说帮我找人来住。这个可行吗?可能会快
点,但是我必须要和我的cost 持平,如果再加上经纪费,谁还来租啊。

Shore Club is close to both Hoboken and Newport Path. It has Morton
Williams supermarket on the first floor. I think the gym is on the top
level. The included gas/furnace cost is a big plus... Parking is extra -
I think that's the only downside if you need to keep a car.

A slightly lower rent will not include any of the utility bill from rental
towns managed by Newport management co. Plus those buildings dont have in-
unit washer/dryer, not to mention the gym and other facilities..
I'm asking for 3460, with 90% of the utility included in the rent, It's the
same as other rental towners, if not better.

renting... Not sure about now, but i'd assume the range is still similar..
