the seller's side and communites with the other party without getting buyer
's permission. At least 2 of my colleagues had the same problem with him.

customer with no questions and sign docs quickly. So whoever you are going
to hire, it is your responsibility to think over and fight for your own
benefits. |

letter to the seller's attorney for a list of things on my behalf, but i'm
not gonna recommend her until i close, who knows what other gimmicks they
have? personally i really really dislike attorneys. |
