trying to seperate presynapse from post synapse? there's protocol to extract
PSD, but the yield is very little. it's like every 30 mg wet brain tissue,
you get 30 ug PSD protein.

I was thinking about getting RNA from synapsome. I can image the yield will
be low. 30 ug from 30 mg is actually not so bad, considering synapse is just
a tiny part of a neuron. I also worry about the contamination. |

Although I have experience with getting alive synaptosomes, I'm not
familiar with RNA extraction. Sorry! |
