Neither Kellog III nor whoever is ready. This season might still be a 9 win
season. Tom is not going to fire Bo this year, if we are going to a bowl
before new year. So if there is changing on personnel, it will be next year.
But I am not sure the new AD will do that. Changing position coach is
possible. But all position coaches are from youngs town or worked with Bo
before. I do not see that comes either. I really do not know what they are
going to do. I also do not know if there is a solution. The only way we can
go to Indy is to win out for the rest of the season. But Penn State is very
hot after a slow start; I do not see we can contain Robinson either.
So regular season record might be 8-4 or 9-3. It puts AD in a though
situation to make any big personnel changes.

but I don't share your optimism that NU can have 8-9 wins this season. Now
we have four wins. For the rest of the season, NU are very likely to win
games with Iowa and Minnesota, so NU will have at least 6 wins.
However, it's very hard to tell if NU can beat any one from NW, UM, MSU and
PSU. I won't be too surprised even if NU loses all the four games, I hope
not though. | q****g

after lost. NW just lost to PSU last week and MSU is really struggling with
their offense. I think this year the offense can carry the defense well. We
might have couple of games that are shoot outs. But we will be OK. Look at
what happen in 08. As far as, Kids do not give up we will be OK...

发帖数: 1190 | 7 I see what you did there, we bounce back to beat NW, and we quitely possibly
will lose to Mi-chicken, and then we will bounce back again to beat MSU.
But actually I think it is tough to beat NW and MSU. NW got mobile QB, Kain
Colter, whom NU gave up recruiting years ago, and we got Brion. And MSU got
one of heck of defense.

Yes, NU sometimes bounce back strongly. Let's see if it works this time.
My feeling is NU is substantially worse than last year. The offense doesn't
improve while the defense steps backward a lot. | q****g

发帖数: 528 | 10 I am not sure destroyed us is right statement. I also think NU has very good
offense this year which might be able to carry us a little bit better. MSU
has good defense but their offense is very predictable which we can shut
them out.
