The Indianapolis Star has an article looking at the efforts Ball State is
taking to boost home game attendance to stave off a potential NCAA
reclassification. Under the NCAA rules, all DI-A schools must average 15,000
in home game attendance once in a rolling two-year period.
The new attendance requirement has caused schools to try several measures to
