surrender itself to USA.
But China won't. So a war is inevitable. But China is too strong
to conquer without serious damage to USA itself. So I would be
scared and reluctant to do so.
If I am a Chinese citizen, why would I want to surrender? There
are so many uncertainties in the future with a new government.
They may slaughter me. They may force me into refugee camp. I
may lose all my money and assets. Who knows?

Columbia to USA for free, hehe.
After 1900 I don't think it's feasible to eat up others and
still come up with an appropriate political explanation. Even
Germany was still far from achieving that. It's just too costly.
USA did grasp the precious few political chances to attack Iraq
though.
