OFFER TERMS
Welcome bonus offer not available to applicants who have or have had this
product.
To be eligible to earn 25,000 bonus Starpoints , you must use The Starwood
Preferred Guest Credit Card to make $3,000 in eligible purchases by the

threshold. Eligible purchases can be made by the Basic Card Member and any
Additional Card Members on a single Card account. Eligible purchases do NOT
include fees or interest charges, balance transfers (balance transfers are
not available on The Starwood Preferred Guest Business Credit Card), cash
advances, purchases of travelers checks, purchases or reloading of prepaid
cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents. Additional Card Members on
your account are not eligible for this offer. In rare instances, your period
to make $3,000 in purchases may be shorter than 3 months, and your period
to make $2,000 in purchases (for a total of $5,000) may be shorter than 6
months, respectively, if there is a delay in receiving your Card. Also,
purchases may fall outside of the respective period to earn a bonus in some
cases, such as a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the
purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction. (For example,
if you buy goods online, the purchase date may be the date the goods are
shipped.) If your application is not received by 4/5/2017, you will not be
eligible for the 25,000 bonus Starpoints, or for the 10,000 bonus Starpoints
, even if your application is approved. American Express reserves the right
to modify or revoke offer at any time.
Annual Fee
The introductory annual fee for the Starwood Preferred Guest Credit Card
will be $0 for the first year of Card Membership. After that, the annual fee
will be $95.

at that time. stayed more than 20 free nights at category 2 or 3 hotel. so
far still has 1000 points left.
