小二一如既往的废，弄了半天，第一次code顺序错了，经理来revoke。
第二次经理又弄了半天，最后弄完了，一看receipt是110 renmembership，跟之前ld去
的112 newmembership 不一样，估计amex那边触发不了了，得跟amex扯皮了
但是回来查，小二给我弄了两个会员号，一个两年一个一年，两个里面都有pizza，
cookie |
