公司很大，所以有两个不同部门搞了两个类似的club,反正都是锻炼communication的，
然后我两个club都跑去旁听了，两个club的组织者都鼓动我参加他们的club,这两个
clubde组织者都相互认识。 基本上每个club是每半个月活动一次，而且他们时间错开
，基本上就是一周一次，1。5小时左右的。
觉得这两个club的活动形式大同小异，就是参加的人不同罢了。基本上活动时间都是在
中午，不过有个club的每个月两次活动中，有一次活动是在晚上。 所以我觉得比较合
适，不像在中午的活动搞得每次自己都很赶。
现在问题：
1）只参加一个club，如何对另外一个club的组织者说“No”。怎么说的好一点？

发帖数: 547 | 19 lending club前几个月在你账户上显示的收益是骗人的，是假设没有违约的收益
而一旦有违约，这个收益就下降了。而违约是不可避免的。
所以如果你持有36,60个月的notes，应该在5年左右看到这个收益率才是你真实的收益
率。网上很多人报的收益率还达不到这个阶段，也就是说他们高估收益率了。
投资lending club的人一定要把这个图搞明白，并自行想象x轴延长到60以后的收益率。

另外，如果你选择用自己after tax的钱投资，要注意收益是算income tax的，比
capital gain tax高，而charge-off算capital loss.你必须自己在其他方面有capital

charge-off 12%，你的income tax可是按照20%的收益来交税的，真实收益并不是8%收

航空公司的lounge/club:
1）premium cabin passengers，一般是国际商务/头等。能进执飞公司的，通常
也能进同一联盟的，某些机场还可能有个别非联盟有合作协议的可以进。
2）club membership/pass。或者买的，或者信用卡之类给的。一般只能进特定的club，
和个别机场有合作的其它公司的。
3）elite passengers，比如oneworld sapphire/emerald(AA platinum/EXP)可以
进oneworld 对应的business/first class，在有oneworld当天international
departure航班时。
星盟 *G (UA >=gold)可以进星盟公司标*G的lounge（不是所有星盟lounge都是）
4）其它方式，比如priority pass可以进一些，amex可以进delta之类。

toast master的少年班，gavel club，小印大都是10岁不到就开始练，一个个一开始也
是害羞，结结巴巴。锻炼一两年就出口成章了。不但能说，待人接物也有老印手把手教
的，一开始不会，练练就能温文尔雅有礼貌。水平高的参加演讲比赛拿个名次，申请大
学还有用。
老中的孩子还都在学钢琴。
我女儿去的那个gavel club，小印占60%+，小越占20%+，小白占大约10%，我女儿是唯
一中国人。

，管理也需要更加规范和透明；为此，特作如下说明
1)Fishing本身不是件适合集体活动的娱乐；出于各种原因，很多人都不喜欢集体活动;
2)但本Club创始初衷以集体活动为发展方向(淡钓除外)，不提倡任何单独行动,否则请
去Fishing版(或私下联系);此条关系到Club存在的必要，我会严格执行，
3)本Club版务尽量多元化，钓鱼/象拔蚌/Camping等方面有能力者都可以申请，但首要
前提是需要有时间/有热心带领大家一起活动;所以技术高并不意味能胜任版务工作(以
后会针对技术高手定期公布"鱼神榜"，为期一年)
4)版务申请者需要在Club至少成功组织过一次不下于8人的活动(Club创建开始有说明);
成为版务后更要尽可能多组织活动(挖蚌比较特殊，有潮汐限制);凡不符合Club规定的
版务，我会不定期更换(对事不对人，请海涵)，并欢迎大家监督/投诉(Club里或者
Complains版均可) |

发帖数: 10440 | 34 今年的Rock Season转眼又要结束，是时候做些总结回顾以及一些展望。
弹指一挥间，Club进入了成立的第4个年头。成员数从最初的十几个人，到如今450+号
人；钓鱼方式从最初的近岸草钓为主，到往深海发展；地点从最初的Capitola，到如
今Capitola/Santa Cruz/Party Boat并存；组织方式也从纯粹的mitbbs为主，慢慢过度
到mitbbs/fb并驾齐驱，甚至fb活跃度有赶超mitbbs之势。想起当年成立club的主要目
的，只是嫌email和钓友沟通太麻烦；发展到如今规模，也是始料未及的。最荣幸的，
是认识了众多朋友。
一直以来，Club管理方式都是非常自由的，一切以大家方便为主，尽量少设甚至不设权
限。对活动参与者的要求也很低，个人向来都是欢迎新人的，虽然多少影响了些活动质
量，但最大程度上方便了大家参与，身在海外，大家多些互助，这比收获多少，个人觉
得意义更大。当然这点不会是所有人都同意，特别是一些资深成员。有人会以收获作为
主要目的，这也是人之常情，无可厚非，大家都有选择的自由。作为Club creator，可以

背景： 之前只去过三次。两次跟BF以及他朋友, 一次跟另一个乖乖女. 两个女生去的
那次大部分是中国人， 很吵，没跟人聊几句，又放不开在众同胞面前扭啊扭， 待了15
分钟， 就闪人了。 跟BF去当然都是跟他跳啦， 都老夫老妻了， 跳也没什么感觉，
就是High一下被吵的要死然后走人。回来后下结论，Clubbing真TNND无聊， 真不明白
那么多人整夜整夜混在那里作甚。以后每逢Clubbing的活动都避之。
半年前开始跟BF LONG D, 这个小气鬼圣诞居然都不肯飞过来看我， 嫌机票太贵， 害
得我圣诞元旦工作之余都是一个人独守空房中度过。 那时候就暗暗赌气，以后谁叫我
去疯玩我都去， 总比这样一个人享受孤独让人好受。

今天一个朋友要定酒店,两天在Seattle + Olympic National Park，所以正好推荐他去

周日8pm 关门，我7点20到了那儿，里面已经空无一人，包括前台。酒吧也关了，吃的
除了一盘橙子/苹果啥都没，饮料机，咖啡机也关了。这时候前台小姐从后面走出，看
了aa exe卡，她给我倒了杯啤酒，偶坐在那上了会网 （ATL本来就有free wifi） 就离
开了。
然后去了登机口，旁边就有Delta club。ATL是Delta一个中心,总共有9家club，我去
的这个开到晚上10点。进去后show 了Amex Biz Platinum，驾照和delta机票 顺利进入
。旁边一白男带了小孩，前台小姐正在跟他解释amex 5月1号刚改了政策，只有card
holder本人可以免费进，guest需要27刀（还是29刀?）一人，白男就拖着行李走了。
我进去看了看，有几排沙发，还有类似快餐厅的座位一排，一个酒吧台，一排drink
and snack。Snack就是芹菜，胡萝卜条，olive,小饼干，pretzel,等，喝的就是矿泉水

1）因为相对容易搞到打折walmart/sam's club gc，而打折costco cash card基本没看
到过（citi ATT access more买costco cash card是不多的稳定打折方式，也就3x）。而
最近Amex offer可以屯几百的八折walmart gc（当然被cancel得很吐血，后来打电话才
搞定）。
Walmart/Sam's club还可以通过portal搞online shopping得cashback（比如某段时间
BA有12 avios/$）。costco相对就铁公鸡多了，没有online shopping cashback。
2）MS方面，$500 mastercard gc在sam's club是敞开供应，而costco根本没有vgc/mgc
。去年的freedom和今年的discover在wholesale club的5%，咱是在sam's club撸了个
尽兴。而且有一段discover还不认在costco.com的消费，没有5%。

toast master的少年班，gavel club，小印大都是10岁不到就开始练，一个个一开始也
是害羞，结结巴巴。锻炼一两年就出口成章了。不但能说，待人接物也有老印手把手教
的，一开始不会，练练就能温文尔雅有礼貌。水平高的参加演讲比赛拿个名次，申请大
学还有用。
老中的孩子还都在学钢琴。
我女儿去的那个gavel club，小印占60%+，小越占20%+，小白占大约10%，我女儿是唯
一中国人。
