为啥我citi hilton和Citi AA都不给offer呢，打过去就把刷卡得rewards的规则念了一
遍而已。
citi hilton 去年8月，Citi AA 今年1.4号批的
都拿到了开卡bonus |

Recently Citi has been pretty generous in giving promotion offers on Forward
/Preferred/Premier/Prestige. Just call them and then transfer to "account
specialist who can provide promotion/retention offers". The specialist can
check available offers across all citi accounts.
