I received a letter claiming that I owe local income tax for 2008. The tax
is METHACTON S D / LWR PROVIDENCE TWP.
They request me to pay tax and penalty.
Anybody has experience on this? Can they request payment for local tax 6
years ago? |

的财产，但是他们肯定会逐级上报最后影响你的信用报告的。只要是该你交的，ASAP吧

Is there any similar rule for local tax?
My previous employer did not deduct it and I was in PA temporarily. |

如果真实，他们找到你了，你就要付
你这IRS的也不完整
3年只是一般情况
欠税多的可以6年
如果根本没file tax的话貌似是无限期

IRS认为你恶意欠税的话可以无限期追溯，30年前的也可以查。
