“Annually” means the year beginning with your enrollment date through the
first statement after the anniversary of your enrollment date, and each
twelve months thereafter."
是不是就是和blue cash一样是按开卡的月份算，而不是按calendar 1-12月那样算？
也就是说如果我是7月出的第一个statement,那么每年的5月将会是annual的最后一个月
spending，是吧？
