one using my mom's info, she does not have credit cards at all, and I tried
twice (using two free email accounts) and system failed twice, saying have
failed in verifying the information submitted by you... My dad's AP is
verified and can send/receive payments, I think it's because he has a couple
of credit cards and has credit history. |

called them. Then they said your account is good to go. I haven't even hang
up my phone. darn |
