that you can have electronic payment to your own bankaccount to satisfy the
bill pay requirement.
Just go to billpay, click add a payee, select "an individual", a form will
appear with message "Want this payment to arrive even faster? If you have a
few account details for the recipient, this payment can be automatically
delivered to their account. Try it now. "
click Try it now. Then fill in your other bank's routing number and account
